Computer classes in school are important for well-rounded education. Students at Sishya school are instructed on the basis of computer use from class I. Educational software are presented in a game - like format to entertain the younger students while they learn key concepts.
Math lab provides opportunities for children to enjoy mathematics, understand its basic structure pose and solve meaning full problem. It enables the students to learn mathematics with the help of concert objects and to exhibit its relatedness with everyday life.
Physics lab is equipped with modern equipments to help the students learn the concepts of Physics with experiments. It is designed to give practice of taking measurements, analyzing data and drawing inferences while the students experiments. The lab is very well equipped with instruments like meter bridges, battery eliminators, potentio –meters, Hooke’s apparatus etc .
The Chemistry lab provides a platform for students to nurture the budding scientist within them. The lab is provided with the state of the art devices like fume hood, distillation and electronic weighing machine. The students are provided with separate workstations with individual burners and plug points. The technical staff supports the scientific divisions in planning and realization of sampling in-house campaigns or research expeditions.
The biology laboratory is a modern research infrastructure, providing a broad range of biological and biochemical techniques with in-depth practical training offered by experienced staff. Biology lab is well equipped with preserved specimens, slides, models and bio visual charts which emphasize on developing scientific temper among the students. Performing experiment is an interesting task. Students enjoy it as they learn something new from the results.
